2025 Annual Homeowners Association Meeting

- Agenda:
  - HOA board updates – Introduction of Hyperion Property Management (Gerrin Horwitz)
  - Vote on 2026 proposed budget that includes annual dues increase
  - election for three open board positions (a three year term, two year term and 1 year term)
  - Q and A.

Standardization of the HOA annual assessment process
- Invoices will be sent via US Mail by April 30 to each property owner for the Annual General Assessment.
- The due date for payment of the Annual General Assessment will be Sept 1^st.
- Property owners who have not paid the Annual General Assessment by Oct 1^st will be sent by US Mail a written notice of late payment. Payment of the outstanding annual assessment balance is expected within 45 days of issuance of the written notice of late payment. - Beginning on January 1^st of the next year any assessment not paid in full will bear interest at the rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum as provided in section 6.8 of the Heritage Estates Subdivision covenants.
HOA assessment can be paid by check or via Zelle transfer
- As of September 1, 2023, homeowners have the option of paying their annual HOA assessment by Zelle. Zelle payments should be sent to the HOA email address; heritageestatesassociation@gmail.com.
- Payment of annual HOA assessment by check is also acceptable. Checks should made payable to the Heritage Estates HOA and be mailed to the HOA P.O. box: Heritage Estates HOA, P.O. Box 184, Trevor, WI 53179
